Meet Chris
Strategic Advisor & Executive Coach
Chris Arnold is a strategic advisor, executive coach, author, and founder who helps leaders navigate growth, complexity, and transition.
With more than 25 years of experience as a founder, executive, operator, and advisor, Chris understands the weight leaders carry. He has led through growth, transition, uncertainty, and reinvention, giving him a practical and personal perspective on the challenges facing founders, CEOs, business owners, and senior leaders.
Chris is also the author of From Success to Surrender: Finding Your True Purpose in God’s Perfect Timing, a book that shares his own journey of letting go of performance-driven success and learning to trust God’s timing, purpose, and direction. That story continues to shape the way he walks alongside leaders who are navigating not only business decisions, but deeper questions of identity, calling, faith, family, and legacy.
Today, Chris’s work includes Strategic Advisory & Executive Coaching, Team Alignment & Leadership Development, and Lasting Legacy Collective, which he co-founded with his wife, Lisa, to support leaders, couples, and families in the areas of faith, marriage, leadership, and legacy.
