About
As a seasoned business advisor, Chris offers a value-based approach focused on increasing profitability and business valuation. Chris doesn’t just show up with a pencil and notepad; he brings a proven system to streamline your operations, enhance efficiency, and boost profitability.
As a Truth At Work Chapter President, Chris is dedicated to helping Christian business leaders who feel isolated and overwhelmed. Our community of like-minded peers are here to help leaders like you live out your faith in the marketplace.
As couples coaches, Lisa and Chris are dedicated to coming along couples and their families who desire to pursue Christ-centered marriages and leadership of their families. Through our one-on-one and group coaching programs, we love, encourage, and inspire families in the pursuit of God’s calling on their lives and intentional fulfillment of this calling.
Chris’s entrepreneurial spirit can be traced back to his early years working in his family’s businesses, including dry cleaning, laundry, retail clothing, haircare franchises, and real estate investments. One of the defining moments in Chris’s life was when he led his high school football team to win the 1986 IHSAA Class A State Football Championship, which revealed his leadership abilities. He obtained a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology, consistently recognized as the top undergraduate engineering school for over 20 years.
With over 30 years of leadership experience, Chris has served as a senior executive, coach, and consultant. In the first half of his career, he excelled in senior leadership positions within a mid-size corporation, achieving significant results in financial turnarounds, construction projects, and cost savings. Chris attributes his success to his ability to inspire teams with a shared vision.
In 2008, Chris left his corporate role and established his own coaching and consulting business. In 2012, he partnered with Truth At Work to facilitate peer-to-peer advisory boards for business leaders and executives. Over the next decade, Chris discovered a sense of purpose and a desire to transition from personal success to making a meaningful impact. In 2016, he embraced an opportunity within Truth At Work to lead a purpose-driven organization focused on controlled environment agriculture, where he currently serves as the president of the US division.
Chris married, Lisa, his high school sweetheart and homecoming queen in 1992. They are now empty nesters, having raised their two children, Chris Jr. and Kylie. They reside in Whitestown, IN, a suburb of Indianapolis. Chris and Lisa have a particular interest in nurturing healthy marriages, which has led them to provide couples coaching and premarital coaching. They also are Parent Ministry Partners at Traders Point Christian Church and lead the Helping Parents Love initiative. Helping Parents Love is a faith-based support initiative for Christian parents with LGBTQ children.
