But like any powerful tool, AI comes with risks. There’s job displacement to consider, potential privacy concerns, and the risk of manipulation through things like deepfakes. Plus, relying too much on AI could erode critical thinking skills or creativity.

When integrating AI into your business, it’s essential to be thoughtful and intentional. Here are a few key considerations:
- View AI as a Tool, Not a Replacement: AI should serve your business, not replace what’s truly human. Balance efficiency gains with personal connection.
- Be Discerning About AI Outputs: AI mirrors its programmers’ biases, so always question its outputs. Critical engagement is key to maintaining accuracy and trust.
- Keep Your Values Front and Center: Consider how AI fits into your business culture and values. Whether you’re driven by faith or a commitment to doing good, use AI to support—not compromise—what matters most to you and your team.
The Human Factor: What AI Can’t Replace
Even as AI evolves, it can’t replicate human connection, creativity, or empathy. If your business emphasizes genuine relationships and personalized service, that’s an advantage that even the best AI can’t replace. In a world that’s increasingly automated, human touch and intentionality will help your business stand out.
